1. Agreement to these Terms
This website, getdeepdoze.com (the "Site"), and the DeepDoze brand are operated by Louis Nowack & Felix Kopischke GbR ("DeepDoze", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our Site, placing an order, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Products and health disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements.
The statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The information on this Site is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice or as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment
- All prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or in quantities suggesting commercial resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount paid.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it as needed.
- By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
- Billing cycle. Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days. Your payment method on file will be charged the subscription price at the start of each billing cycle.
- Subscription discount. Subscription orders receive a 20% discount off the regular one-time purchase price for as long as the subscription remains active.
- YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EVERY 30 DAYS UNTIL YOU CANCEL. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED BILLING DATE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW FOR ANOTHER 30-DAY CYCLE AND THE RENEWAL CHARGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- How to cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal (link provided in your order confirmation email) or by emailing . Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date take effect for that billing cycle; later cancellations take effect for the following cycle.
- Refunds. The 30-Day Guarantee described in our Refund Policy applies to the initial subscription order only. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
- Changes. We may change subscription pricing with prior notice to the email address on file; changes apply to billing cycles after the notice period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Shipping
Shipping terms, delivery times, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and shipping delays do not entitle you to a refund.
7. Returns and refunds
All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.
8. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a charge from us, you agree to contact us at and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We respond to support requests within one business day. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us, or for charges that comply with these Terms (including properly disclosed subscription renewals), will be contested with full transaction documentation, including checkout records, these Terms, and delivery confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who initiate unwarranted chargebacks.
9. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse promotional offers.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and page design — is the property of DeepDoze or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
11. User content and reviews
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us or our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing materials. You represent that your submissions are truthful, based on your own experience, do not violate any third-party rights, and contain no unlawful content. We may remove or refuse any submission at our discretion.
12. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site or our products: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to purchase products for commercial resale without our written authorization; (c) to submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent refund claims; (d) to interfere with the security or operation of the Site; or (e) to harvest or collect personal information of others. We may terminate your access and refuse service for violations of these Terms.
13. Accuracy of site information
We strive to keep all information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed (in which case you may cancel for a full refund if the correction is material to your purchase).
14. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our products will meet your expectations.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeepDoze, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchases shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our products.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepDoze and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
- Informal resolution first. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days.
- Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and may be conducted remotely (by video conference or on written submissions). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Class action waiver. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
- Small claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
- Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, order number, and that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
18. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your place of residence.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
