At DeepDoze, we stand behind our products. Every first order is covered by our 30-Day Guarantee. Please read the terms below carefully — they explain exactly how the guarantee works and what is required to receive a refund.
30-Day Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date for a refund of the product purchase price, subject to the conditions below.
- Condition. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact. Products that arrive at our returns center opened, damaged, or with a broken seal cannot be restocked and are not eligible for a refund under this section.
- Return authorization required. Before sending anything back, contact our support team at with your order number to request a return authorization. You will receive a return authorization number and the address of our international returns center. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed and are not eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit; refunds can only be issued for returns we actually receive.
- Processing. Once your return has been received and inspected at our returns center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Opened products
Opened or used products cannot be returned and are not eligible for a full refund, as they can no longer be restocked. If you have used the product consistently as directed and are not satisfied with the effects, you may contact our support team at within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date; after review of your request, we offer a partial refund of 30% of the product purchase price in these cases. For orders containing more than one bottle, this applies to opened bottles only — unopened bottles remain subject to the return conditions above.
General conditions
- 30-day window. All refund requests must be submitted to our support team within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible, without exception. We apply this policy consistently and do not make exceptions.
- What is refunded. Refunds cover the product purchase price only. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as any taxes or duties paid, are non-refundable.
- First purchase only. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a product only.
- Once per customer. The guarantee may be used once per customer, household, and shipping address within any 12-month period.
- Abuse. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that show signs of abuse of this policy (including repeated refund requests, reseller activity, or bulk purchases).
Subscriptions
- The 30-Day Guarantee applies to the initial order of a subscription only.
- Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for managing your subscription. You can cancel at any time via your customer portal or by contacting ; cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that billing cycle. Failure to cancel in time does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the affected items or refund them at our discretion, at no cost to you. Damage to outer packaging alone, with the product itself intact, does not qualify. This section does not limit the guarantee above — it covers shipping and fulfillment errors on our side.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders are processed immediately after purchase to ensure fast delivery. You may cancel your order only as long as it has not yet been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. If you no longer want your order at that point, you may return it under the conditions above after delivery.
Before you dispute a charge
If you have any issue with your order or a charge from us, please contact us first at — we resolve almost all issues within one business day. Initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) without first giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue voids eligibility under this guarantee, and we will contest disputes we believe to be unwarranted with full transaction documentation.
