How your subscription works
DeepDoze subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at a 20% discount off the regular one-time purchase price. Your payment method on file is charged at the start of each 30-day billing cycle, and your order ships automatically.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee:
- Customer portal: Use the "Manage subscription" link in your order confirmation email, or
- Email: Contact us at with your order number.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that billing cycle. Cancellations made later take effect for the following cycle.
Refunds
Charges for subscription renewals are not refundable. The 30-Day Guarantee described in our Refund Policy applies to the initial subscription order only. Once a renewal order has been billed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded — please make sure to cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to receive the product.
