Where we ship from
All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Shipping times (United States)
- Processing: Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after purchase.
- Delivery: Standard shipping via USPS takes 2–4 business days after your order has shipped.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We are unable to deliver to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, and shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at the customer's expense.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking number shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
